Historia
Mike Ronaldson gets a chance to throw a better Halloween party then Blake Johnson. It'll be hosted at Hover Hill, a tall grey house everyone knows is haunted. But weird things start happening - bubbling punch, dangerous pranks, and disappearing guests. And who's the owner of the house anyway? Some uninvited guest is here, and he wants them out, even if it means sabotage!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, for a pre-teen, this is fun material, and well performed in the audio reading.
Have you listened to any of Douglas W. Taylor’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
He's really good. Very well suited to "shivery" material. All his books seem to be full of fright or zombies.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, I did.
Any additional comments?
I love that I can adjust the speed of the audio reading on my Kindle Fire. Then I can either enjoy all of the nuances of the story and voices -- or speed it up a little if I want to get to the next chapter before dinner(!)

Historia
"Hello America, it is raining men out there, in the literal sense. It truly is the end of days - I have done the count, seven trumpets are in fact blowing. The storm extends from coast to coast and even across the pond. We aren't going to be seeing another sunrise as the population drops, and the dead come up beneath us. This is affecting all walks of life; the young and the old, the rich and the poor, it's even dashing summer time fun for folks at amusement parks."

Revisado: 02-21-16
Would you consider the audio edition of Cloudy With a Chance of Zombies to be better than the print version?
The audio narration really brings it alive -- which with Zombies is quite an achievement!
Would you be willing to try another book from Daniel Cotton? Why or why not?
Yes, he's got a great sense of humor.
Which scene was your favorite?
Learning how to flee Zombies in a suburban mall.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Laugh!
Any additional comments?
I thought the narrator's voice was very well suited to the material -- resonant and wry. I could hear the wit in the text, and he conveyed all the characters quite vividly. Great "radio" voice.
