the 2nd book is as good as the first. it is great! this is such a wonderful series, I read the books but hearing it is so lovely

I enjoy the narrator. the story was a great conclusion. I love the respect shown between most of the male and female characters. it was a good story. I will look for her next book. as always

constant preaching wasn't for me

the story was good. the narrator great. but I have my own religion and I am not interested in being trained by a storyteller. I love that this is clean and that the author is a Christian but for me this went far beyond an expression of one's own faith. and that is where I become disappointed. long passages of preaching and prayers became regular parts of the story as I got deeper into the novel. It was engaging so I hoped that we were finally finished after the fourth prayer and sermon but no. I feel like I fast forwarded as much if this book as I listened to. it's not one I will keep but it was an easy listen and well told story. but I don't think this author is for me.

I like the story. it has a good depth of character that was unexpected but the narrator was hard for me to get used to. in fact it was difficult throughout the book, even though she wasn't terrible. it just wasn't great for this story for me and stood out more than the story. I am glad I heard it. it was a good story though

really well told story. and even though God and prayer are mentioned, there wasn't any preaching. it was a lovely book with great narration. characters are easily disguised.

very good story but left me wanting more

one other reviewer said this story left too many questions and I thought I would be prepared for that but I wasn't. it was great!!! well told and extremely well narrated. But if any story needed an epilogue, it was this one. loved it and hated that I don't have the imagination to finish it in my head to my satisfaction. but I am still looking forward to reading her again. enjoy this book. it is worth all five stars given

I loved the witty conversations, the determination of the main characters to focus on the good while acknowledging that difficulties exist, and the development of the relationships. it is a wonderful series

main characters were sweet and fum. before they drove me crazy with wanted to be together the story came to an end. perfect timing. I loved how female main character accepted her quirks even if it took time to get there. I laughed and was very glad I read this one narrators did great

This author is new to me and I am so glad I found her. I love the matchmaking mamas and hope she will writeany more. The stories are fun and entertaining. They progressed Quickly and the narrator was perfect. I love books that leave me smiling and light at the end even though there is usually some type of conflict to get through. This did not disappoint. I loved it.
