Well worth the time

So finely written and so well performed. Happy to have discovered this author. The atypical story of murder pulls you in, while the fullness of each character sustains your interest. I highly recommend indulging yourself with the time needed to read or listen to this book.

I've read all of her books and have enjoyed each one. This one has one exception, the voice and characterization of Vid is jarring and not at all enjoyable. The accent and over dramatization often tempted me to stop listening. Otherwise there's depth and interest to this story as per usual. I like forward to more.

I've gotten hooked on Moriarty's stories
This one in particular had such insightful and brutally honest moments that I would laugh out loud then pause to think on the moment. The performance was exceptionally well executed. I just want more.
