Glad It's Over Before It Could Get Even Worse

Captain Planet was a self righteous sack of crap..

I have listened to all the titles in this series multiple times and the last 2 books in the Iron druid books have been channeling Captain Planets B.S. from the 90's cartoon. I dislike the multiple point of views, Owen was insufferable in this book constantly vomiting the Paris accords point of view. Granuaile has been about as balanced as Loki, first she is crying about the price of the creation of the whirling blade needing to take a life, then she is beating her step father to the edge of his life over being in the oil industry. Antifa members are not too far removed from her behavior. Poor Atticus O'Sullivan, a great character in the first books have been reduced to behaving like a man-bun wearing millennial who has over indulged in Logic( the singer) and Mumford and sons. I'll give credit to Luke Daniels, one of my favorite narrators, a fine performance as always. To Kevin Hearne, you did something that has me stunned, you took a series and a character that I loved and you finished the final book in way that makes me glad the character and the series is finished once and for all....good riddance
