The title should have alluded to a Christians view

The book seems hypocritical to say pray to Jesus Christ to save you from negative experiences while out-of-body. I am not a Christian or belong to any religion, which is not needed for ascension in the spiritual world. I leave my body at least twice a month and have never had to call out a constructed deity for help. I simply use my thoughts to control the situation.
