Historia
My name is Lily Gilmore, and I was supposed to be getting married today. That was until I found my fiancé having sex with my sister in the church moments before I was supposed to walk down the aisle. I grew up with a father who was a womanizer and cheated on my mother every moment he had the chance. He would even stoop as low as to take me and my sister with him on his trysts when we were younger. Cheating was all I grew up with, and I vowed never to live the life my mother did.

No need for a second book
Revisado: 04-27-15
I really enjoyed the first half of this story. Once they got together there was too much sex and the story started to drag out. Not sure why we are getting a second book. Their story should have wrapped up here.
I also listened to the audible version. The male narrator was horrible. Every time he need Charlie I cringed. Then he used multiple voices for Luke, made Sam and the girls sound like surfer dudes. Just not good. Wish the female narrator has narrated the entire book.

Nor what I expected
Revisado: 10-14-14
What disappointed you about Dante's Fire?
There wasn't much story. What was the plot???? Her lusting over two men, one during the day and other at night was odd and didn't work for me.
Would you ever listen to anything by Jennifer Probst again?
Sure, love her other books.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
Her "male" speaking lines didn't work. It sounded weird.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointed, unfilled.
Any additional comments?
Concept was good but their wasn't much story to go along with it. And there was no steam!!!!

Little story, odd narration
Revisado: 10-07-14
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Having a different narrator to start. Also, having a male narrator for the male speaking parts is a must.
Would you be willing to try another book from Marina Anderson? Why or why not?
No. There was no story here. What was the point of the book?
Would you be willing to try another one of Lulu Russell’s performances?
No. I may have enjoyed this book more if I had read versus listening. She used a very whiney voice for the heroine that made her seem like a bratty spoiled little girl. The voice used for David made him sound like an old man ( I visualize a butler) with zero personality. So monotone.
Where was the seduction????
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Not really.
SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know the point of the Dining Club and why he took her there. Did he want someone who could delay pleasure? As that was what the trials seemed to test. There was nothing that would think he wanted a sub. And their love was a joke!!! She is so in denial.
And they didn't even test her for what he desires. And what about these desires??? How will they be fulfilled? And what are the desires??????? Is he still planning on seeking another?? Then their future is left unresolved. Does he still think he will tire of her???
So much was alluded to but never discussed.
The tests were so silly and not all that.
And seriously... every orgasm was the most intense of her life??? And talk about the # of these experienced and how they came about was SO UNREALISTIC!!! These parts were laughable.
Any additional comments?
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!

Would you listen to Everlasting Sin again? Why?
I received this audio book from the author for an honest review.
No, once I've listened to any book I wouldn't listen again.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Hudson... He just seemed like a really good guy.
What three words best describe M. Capehart’s voice?
Accents, expressive, clear
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No extreme reactions.
Any additional comments?
I had previously read this story via ebook and I didn't like it. I thought Eden and Riley were so immature. Now, I'm still not a fan of these characters but I no longer see them as being immature. Now not knowing what a French kiss is unrealistic. Yet I really enjoyed listening and listened to the entire book in one setting.
Now why did I change my mind? Not sure. I think I listened and tried to be less critical of her "lack of knowledge" when it came to intimacy.
I would recommend to others. I love Hudson and Luke!!
