From Pew, pew, pew! to Boom, boom, boom! I 🤣😭😍

This book had me laughing throughout the first half. The way Lani built Hastings character was captivating. Hastings tourettes was portrayed with her saying catch phrases mostly from 90's commercials and it had me belly laughing. Samuel Adams, Sammy, I love how he accepted Hastings for who she is from her outburst to her creativity with her books and helping her with research.

The chemistry between Sammy and Hasty Cakes was magical. Just as you would expect in any Lani Lynn Vale book.

I loved seeing Miller and Mercy again 😍

But... unlike her character building, her story weaving this time was not what I expected.

It was more!

More laughter, more tears, more heartfelt moments, it was just more.

Joe Arden and CJ Bloom were the perfect pair to bring these characters to life!

Thank you for laughter, I'll bill you for the tissues I had to use, and thank you for making me fall in love with yet another couple.

Prepare yourself for belly laughs and butterflies

I have never been so thoroughly entertained!

I'd like to know how Sebastian York recorded this without us hearing his laughter. This was his best audio yet. Of course CJ Bloom did a phenomenal job as always. This Duo brought Tristan, Claire and family to life.

If you want a book to give you butterflies one minute, swoon worthy scenes the next, and belly laughs like no other... this is the book for you.

Not what I was expecting

This book had some twists and turns and kept me guessing. The timeline threw me considering this is the 3rd book in the series. In order to figure out where the story was at I actually went to the epilogue after the 12th chapter... please note I never do this, but I had no idea where the storyline was at with the other two books.

Great concept excellent narration!

See what I did there? Pippa always has quick whit, fun pun and makes me laugh so hard I cry.
Loved this story and always love listening to Joe Arden. Unfortunately I really wish that they would have use a different female narrator.

Beauty in the "chase"

This was such a beautiful story. The way the characters grew from an instant attraction or acknowledgement that there was something in one another that pulled them like magnets to a relationship that yes gets tested but is full of love had me enthralled.
I've never listened to or read any of Kathryn Andrews stories but I'm glad I did. This was a beautiful journey and as always Callie Dalton and Stephen Dexter brought these characters to life.

I really enjoyed listening/reading where it all began. I am a huge LLV fan. I look forward to seeing how the rest of the team and families began.

The one thing I didn't like was how much anymosity Sam has towards his dad... I've read out of order and was dissapointed in how Silas was portrayed by Sam to Chey. But... Sam only knows what he has seen and been told by his mom.

Love is all you need

This book reminded me of how important it is to know yourself. Otherwise how can you know if the person you are sharing your life with is the right one. I loved all Maine themes, from the nosey neighbors to the mentioning of local spots.

What the?

I'm all for womens rights, but this world that Elin created is so extreme.
The Northmen are for the most part just lonely, while the Mumsies are just too zen... Yes I said too zen.
I Love that the world seems to be headed towards a more even, level headed, way of thinking as the women of the"Mumsies" fall for the Northmen.
