I liked this book because it gives you active exercises that you can start right away to stop procrastinating. I found it very helpful and I am using their tactics working on being successful. It has helped me more that other books I have read on the subject and will take time to turn around a lifetime of procrastinating, but I am hopeful.

If you are truly interested in change in your life, this book will help. I discovered by doing the inventories and analyzing my own feelings and habits, that what I thought was positive ways of coping with interactions with people, were actually negative and self defeating. I've recommended the book to several friends and family members.
