Historia
Ryan D'Agostino wanted to know how the extremely wealthy in America got that way. So he asked. Knocking on 500 doors in 20 neighborhoods in the most affluent ZIP codes in America, D'Agostino met with 50 regular (but very rich) men and women who welcomed him in and shared some of their most difficult financial decisions, toughest setbacks, greatest strategies, most triumphant moments, and deepest insights into what it means to have money.

Intermittently dull and interesting
Revisado: 09-18-10
I found the material interesting but the writing pedantic. D'Agostino spends too much time describing his own quest (which I found dull and uninteresting) and the discussions he had with the rich people he found (which were interesting). I preferred The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas Stanley & William Danko.

Did you know you can beat stress, lift your mood, fight memory loss, sharpen your intellect, and function better than ever simply by elevating your heart rate and breaking a sweat? The evidence is incontrovertible: Aerobic exercise physically remodels our brains for peak performance.

Important knowledge, but missing some bits
Revisado: 09-18-10
The narration was a bit dry, but I found this book fascinating. I did have one problem which is that Ratey advocates daily "chronic cardio" exercise because it seems that he never considered or examined the benefits that brief spurts of anaerobic exercise have over regular aerobic exercise.
