Historia
On a bright July morning in 1948, a B-29 Superfortress flying a top-secret research mission over Nevada crashes into the calm waters of Lake Mead and sinks, remaining lost for half a century. It has been nearly a year since five friends - Jag, Kody, Mariah, Tegan and Aari - mysteriously reappeared in a small town in Yukon several weeks after their small plane went down in Northern Canada. All were found unharmed but with no recollection of what happened to them after the accident.

An adrenaline fuelled action, sci-fi extravaganza
Revisado: 12-16-15
Where does Aegis Incursion rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I'd say in my top 10! I've not read the first book. It states that you don't need to and you don't. Great characters and a great story made it impossible for me to stop listening.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked the mix of action and sci-fi around the good versus evil theme. The characters are also brilliantly written. They develop brilliantly as the book progresses and they are all really good.
Which character – as performed by Tristan Wright – was your favorite?
We have five young adults who are all effectively the main character of the book. They are all so well written that I wouldn't change anything about any of them and I wouldn't pick one over another. Very well crafted!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It's too long to manage in one sitting but I started listening on a car journey that took 6.5 hours so I got well into the book in my first sitting. I usually listen to a couple of books at a time to give myself an entertaining mix but I listened to this throughout the entire journey and even managed less rest stops alongside the way as I was so engaged. On my home home, with s journey of the same length, I jumped straight back into the book. So I'd say that you will get wrapped up in the story very quickly!

One of the dreams includes him aboard a ship being manhandled by two burly men demanding he take his shirt off so they can see the map on his back. Then strange things start to happen....

A great adventure which left me wanting more!!
Revisado: 12-16-15
Would you consider the audio edition of Malique's Quest to be better than the print version?
I thought that the narration was very good and added to the story. It also brought the characters to life. Very good.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Malique and Lani were the two characters that stood out for me. The story centres around Malique's life and identity so it was easy to get caught up into the focus on the main character. The secondary characters are also good though.
Which character – as performed by Giselle Lumas – was your favorite?
Malique's character is my favourite and the narration, whilst brining the story and all the characters to life, was especially good in relation to the main character.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
When everyone starts to take an interest in you, who do you trust?

Great crime noir fiction
Revisado: 12-16-15
Would you listen to Day of the Moon again? Why?
Yes. It was a good story with a solid main character who is a tough PI who gets the job done.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Day of the Moon?
I liked the way that on finding the illegal moonshine operation he goes in sorts it out and shuts it down. There's no messing with Flagg. Calling him a troubleshooter is certainly the right term!
What about Jack de Golia’s performance did you like?
I liked the narration it added to the crime noir feel of the book. Very good.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. In fact I listened to it all in one sitting whilst driving in my car.

Revisado: 12-16-15
If you could sum up Night Tremors in three words, what would they be?
Engaging
Clever
Awesome-ending
What did you like best about this story?
The ending is amazing. I really enjoyed the story throughout and thought that it had good pace building up to the ending.. Then the ending happened and it's cool! Clever, a twist I'd not expected and a great way to finish. I can't describe it without spooling the book. Jump in an find out!!
What does Timothy McKean bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Excellent narration. I really liked it. The characters are all brilliantly done and I found myself really liking all of them. Even the secondary characters are well written and very well narrated.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Innocence is sometimes difficult to prove and when you've been wrongly accused yourself how do you say no to saving a life?

A really good and fun fantasy book
Revisado: 12-16-15
What did you love best about Heart of Stone?
Quite a sweet story. Almost like turning Lord of the Rings into a fairytale. Great characters who have personal journeys which are interesting and all add up to a great story.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Heart of Stone?
I like the way that Sophie develops. She's hard to like to begin with but you see that everything is stacked against her and you begin to enjoy her journey into a better personal place.
What does Dara Kramer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Very good narration. I think that she opened up Sophie for me and there's a dreamlike quality to the narration that makes this a great fantasy book to listen to.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I'd rather not give anything away as this is a story that you should listen too or read. I think that the characters within it a good, the story itself is a brilliant journey that I really enjoyed.

A fresh and original fantasy book
Revisado: 12-16-15
Would you consider the audio edition of The Wind Riders to be better than the print version?
I've not read the print version, however I really enjoyed the audio edition thanks to the narration. It drew me into the story which is a little slow at the very beginning. The narration however kept me interested so that as soon as the pace picks up, and that doesn't take long, I was really into it.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked the creation of the Landers and Pilots. I think we will see some great evolution of the Pilots over other books. In general it's a great story. I liked the sense of suspense and mystery within the story and it's a great fantasy world.
What does Joel Froomkin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Really good pace. A nice voice for this type of book as well. I really enjoyed the narration as it was easy to listen too and get into the story.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. I think it took me three, purely due to life and work getting in the way but yes. I really enjoyed it.

A great book full of suspense, twists & turns
Revisado: 12-16-15
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes. It was a full of suspense, creepy - in the right way and had a brilliant sense of tension from the perspective of the main character and the situation in which she finds herself. It's got something for everyone in terms of murder, a bit of supernatural, horror etc. So yes I would definitely recommend it.
What other book might you compare The Freezing Season to and why?
I'd go for Stephen King's works. You get that tense sense of a thriller mixed with horror and the desire to not turn away until you find out what happens.
What does Jeannie Lin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I liked the narration. It set the pace really well for the story. It added a sense of tension and suspense that I really liked. Her voice narration for the children was brilliant as was her other characterisations.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It's a little dark so it made me feel a little chilly but in the right way for this type of book. I got through it in two sittings even though it's around 8 hours. So I was really drawn into the story

A great story from someone who knows his stuff
Revisado: 12-16-15
Where does Cached Out rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It was very good. The author, as an ex-FBI Special Agent can obviously talk about crime and solving them and this really shows in the story. Very entertaining as a story and also very interesting. I was not familiar with geocaching prior to the book so it was interesting to hear about and it sounds fun.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I really liked Cliff. A very likeable character that takes his fate into his own hands when implicated or at least held in suspicion over a death. He's just the right type of character to mix FBI or ex-FBI smarts with a personal reason for investigating the crime.
Which character – as performed by Joe Hempel – was your favorite?
I thought that Joe did a wonderful job on the narration. Very clear and easy to listen too and he did a slightly higher pitch for female characters than with male. My favourite character is the main character from both a narration and story perspective.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
The first half of the book had me interested in the geocaching elements as it goes into detail to set the plot up and explain the story. I was very intrigued by this. The second half of the book is then left open for pure plot/story development around the crimes and this is even better. So overall a great start, very interesting leading into an absolutely great book.

The main character Ever. A good person but likeable with it. Strong but caring. The journey that she takes us on is brilliant.
