Historia
Every leader must be ready and willing to take charge, to make hard, crucial calls for the good of the team and the mission. Something much more difficult to understand is that in order to be a good leader, one must also be a good follower. This is a dichotomy - a Dichotomy of Leadership. It is, as authors Jocko Willink and Leif Babin explained in their best-selling first audiobook, Extreme Ownership, “Simple, Not Easy”.

Great addition to Extreme Ownership- this book builds on the principles layed out. After listening to this book I am ready to re-read both to ensure I fully grasp the lessons.

Historia
We know the impacts of poor leadership: lackluster performance, missed opportunities, deleterious cultures, and, in some cases, disaster. While these issues are all too common, leaders also possess an immense opportunity. They can create a speak-up culture, one in which people feel it is both safe and worth it to share their ideas, concerns, disagreements, and even mistakes—all for the betterment of the organization. Speak-Up Culture is for leaders at all levels who desire to know a better way to behave as a leader.

arrogance
Revisado: 10-08-23
His responses to people's letters were written with so much arrogance. I tried hard to finish, but I had to tell myself that enough is enough. I would not recommend it.
