I fell in love with this series from a short story in Undead Worlds 2. It just keeps getting better with each installment. From the story itself to the narrator, you will not regret taking a ride on the 'Viva Ancora'. The only thing that bums me out a little with this newest book is that now I'm stuck waiting for the next one.

Worth your time

I don't normally read/listen to books in the mystery/suspense genre. I'm more into zombies, dystopias, horror, fantasy, and/or supernatural. I was pleasantly surprised by this book. The description sounded interesting, so I thought I'd give it a try. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 for the storyline, but only because the ending was a little obvious. Other than that, the book moved at a reasonable pace, and I had fun spotting the "easter eggs" in the plot.
