It was such a thrill listening to this audio book. I felt as if I were there on the ice every step of the way. I loved hearing the back story about how this project came together & about the village of people and companies it took to make the project a success.

The naysayers are always the ones standing on the sidelines doing nothing. Shame on them for choosing to live small lives.
I love this accomplishment, the detail with which the story was told & the credit given to everyone supporting Project Possible on the mountain. While frail at times, the human body can achieve remarkable things. Way more than the mind believes. No fear living is what this story is all about. I highly recommend this book to anyone with a fascination for high altitude climbing.

Another amazing book by Goggins filled with inspiration to keep you moving forward in life. His relentless pursuit of "better" is undeniable. I know I've been changed on the inside by his story. I probably won't run an Ultra but I will be better today than I was yesterday thanks to him.

Loved, loved, loved it! The bonus audio in podcast format was genius! I've tried to summit Picket Post in Arizona twice; getting only 10 vertical feet higher on my second attempt. My husband says he's done trying to get me up there. After listening to this book, I KNOW I can't give up. I have to keep trying until...

Wow! I never would have guessed this was his story. Such transparency. Hope for the hopeless.
I found the book a little difficult to follow because the story isn't told chronologically but nonetheless, I loved every minute of it.

My preference is a single reader for text not requiring character changes. I found the switching back & forth between a male & female voice for no apparent reason very distracting.
The content, however, was excellent & provides a truly unique perspective for business operations many people, at all levels of an organization, could benefit from.
