The beginning of the book seems outrageous once u get through the story lol and i feel like there are some plot holes but overall the book is wow wow wow. I didn’t go into this book expecting so many emotions and such heartbreak :( theo is just the best book boyfriend. i loved loved loved the “enemies to lovers.” and theo’s praises and dirty talk 🥵🥵🥵 i will be reading more callie hart if that’s how her other books are hahaha

I felt every emotion reading this 😭 the angst, hatred, happiness, aww, steaminesss!! ahh i’ve been searching for a werewolf romance for a while and this was everything i neeeded!! my favorite thing was seneca realizing how different but right things were in her new pack. Things were so wholesome and not sexualized like at the flux!!! all i could imagine was cute werewolf puppies 🥹🥹🥹

DARE I SAY BETTER THAN BOOK 1???

What a wild start to this story! I hated Grace so so so much which made this story so much better hahaha. I wasn't sure what to expect from Arsene from book 1, but I loved his low-key psycho tendencies and his little tidbits about astronomy was so cute. I wish this book was longer and dove more into how he never truly felt loved or comforted and in return did not know how to give it or what it looked like. Like those moments between winnie and him were so heartwarming, I needed more.

STARTING BOOK 2 NOW BC WHAT

i've been searching for books similar to rina kent (bc she is my fave and I've read all from the rina kent universe) and I finally something that is close enough to scratch my itch. although no one does it like rina for me, this had very similar components. my heart broke for bel by the end but wow I am ready for her to come out on top in book 2. I was not a fan of the narrators tho. they did not sound like college students... lol too old and too deep.

this was hard to get through… rafael treated ellie so bad!! so so so many times! he was forgiven way too easily and babied wayyy to much. i get it was part of his character development but geez how weird is it to be jealous of your nanny’s relationship with ur son/your son’s relationship with his nanny… bc it was both ways and WEIRD.

Hard read at times but so very worth it. Story felt and is very real at times which is what makes it such a hard read. Happy for them :’)

pleasantly surprised! went in with no expectations or prior knowledge. i mean this is my first keri lake book and wow! this world was so unique and this story was different than any i’ve read before. i loved how the dark in this dark romance was more about the gore and secrets and the evil people and less between the two main characters, particularly the sexy scenes! though there were some darker sexual desires, the scenes were so intimate. i need BEE AND CAED BOOK NOW

I haven’t read fantasy in a while so this was a great way back since it was very much romance bridgerton vibes!! such a unique story!! i need to read kerri’s other dark romances 💀🌶️ bc this was my first but apparent the universe doesn’t start here!! and finally a plot twist i wasn’t expecting!

read this after Bride because I was feeeeening for more omega verse !! I LOVED THIS!! DEVOURED. ATE IT ALL UP. I just love a werewolf story in a normal modern setting. i also always love a serious broody man 🐺 and a girl who yaps 🗣️
