Historia
Feyre has undergone more trials than one human woman can carry in her heart. Though she’s now been granted the powers and lifespan of the High Fae, she is haunted by her time Under the Mountain and the terrible deeds she performed to save the lives of Tamlin and his people. As her marriage to Tamlin approaches, Feyre’s hollowness and nightmares consume her. She finds herself split into two different people: one who upholds her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court, and one who lives out her life in the Spring Court with Tamlin.

A New World
Revisado: 02-12-24
I was eager to begin the ACOTAR journey after reading everyone's praises. it took me several chapters to become fully invested, but I became hooked nonetheless. There were points in the book where I felt it dragged along a bit, but overall, I really loved this book & getting to know the characters & world around them. I'm excited to see what journey the next book will hold.

Historia
On an island off the coast of Ireland, guests gather to celebrate two people joining their lives together as one. The groom: handsome and charming, a rising television star. The bride: smart and ambitious, a magazine publisher. It’s a wedding for a magazine or for a celebrity: the designer dress, the remote location, the luxe party favors, the boutique whiskey. The cell phone service may be spotty and the waves may be rough, but every detail has been expertly planned and will be expertly executed.

10/10 Shock Factor
Revisado: 08-28-23
The beginning took me a minute to get into; lots of flashing back & forth in time & character building, but once I figured it out, I was eager to listen to the book again. Any extra minute, I would turn it on. When the tangled web was revealed, I had an audible gasp & literal jaw drop. I believe, "No freaking way!" were my exact words. I can't wait to start another Lucy Foley book! Also, the accents were the perfect bonus IMO.

Amazing Performance
Revisado: 05-09-18
The narrator does a fantastic job of distinctly separating the characters by voice & there are many to keep up with so it makes it much easier for the listener to follow along. I thoroughly enjoy the storyline & love the extra details you get here that are overlooked or left out in the tv series.

I liked the Show better.
Revisado: 12-08-17
The narrator's voice is pretty high-pitched so kind of annoying, but story line is good. I hate the music in the background at the beginning and the end. It's harder to focus on what the narrator is saying.
