It made everything clear

Coming from a really questionable childhood, where I was pushed to my limits as a child and teenager in terms of performance sports (my stepfather was my trainer) it all made sense once I reached the attachment theories part and now I can start my work in my own attachment. Amazing book. Not only for ENM but for everyone who searches for a secure attachment in monogamy or outside.

Amazing book - but oh boy it is dark

I really was looking forward to this book but it took me a few weeks to finish it.
His past is very dark and his struggles are real. At some point I couldn’t continue and needed a brake. Not exactly an easy listen but it is very interesting.
