Effective Communication Skills Training is an essential tool to possess in today's world. Being able to articulate your views and express yourself is critical in business and personal relationships. This book does an effective job at looking at all the different mechanisms of communication, from actual verbal talk to non verbal cues such as body language.

The back of the book is full of activities and discussion questions that help make the message of the book practical and impactful. Highly recommended! this book is a great read to help kids understand how to build their confidence. The activities that accompany the story are also very wonderful. I would recommend to any parent with young children.
