Adorable coming-of-age and coming out story!

I bought and read this book as a massive fan of the author. I knew I’d love it before it was available. The characters are so likeable a relatable, the storyline is journey. Multiple times I wanted to find a young Adam/Cameron/Finn and hug him. I really hope this book reaches so many young people trying to find themselves and navigate the treacherous teenage/young adult years and find comfort in knowing they are not alone. Congrats on your first novel, Adam! You knocked it out of Centre Parks! ;-)

A delightfully funny and entertaining story
Revisado: 04-27-23
Married middle-aged women with teens will absolutely relate to this book. I found it charming, relatable and engaging. I was equally outraged with the protagonist when she was fuming, happy when she was pleased with her actions, and laughing out loud at her antics and past recollections. I will be seeking out more from this author! The writing was a joy to read.

Good story, but know your own pet-peeves
Revisado: 11-11-22
I enjoyed the story and the narrator. I can understand how the chat format can be frustrating for some in audio format, but I didn’t find that to be an issue. The only thing that started to bug me was the narrator saying “bwah” in conversations for what should be “boi” which should be said more like “boy”. Other than that, and a few of the lengthier chat sections that could have been cut down, it was what I anticipated. Would recommend.
