Historia
Only fragments of the account of Huma survived the Cataclysm that broke the world of Krynn. The fullness of his tale has never been told – until now. One man took up the call to defend the world against the Queen of Darkness. He was the first Hero of the Lance, driven by his devotion to the Oath and the Measure and his love for a silver dragon. His life made him a hero. Here is the tale that made him a legend….

By far one of the best dragonlance stories
Revisado: 01-21-25
I wish the author had fleshed out the story and certain scenes a little more as I didn't want to finish the book. I rank this on par with the Chronicles and in some ways, better. This book can stand on its own but fits well with the established lore. It's a great story and I recommend it to anyone interested in fantasy.

Kind of regret this purchase
Revisado: 01-21-25
First, the multitude of musical references was way overdone and very distracting. This is definitely a bard's tale but after the 10th time I was sick of hearing about chords and modes. It also appeared that the author wasn't very familiar with the lore and references from the chronicles and just threw out locations, creatures and names if it had any semblance to the scene whether appropriate or not. I'm treating this as a bard adaptation of a legend and not actual dragonlance lore.

Great story. Loved it as much as Chronicles
Revisado: 01-21-25
The story was well written, had a good pace and kept me engaged throughout. It meshed up nicely with the lore and references given in the Chronicles but not over done and can stand on its own. Only part I wish was better was the ending felt rushed and very abrupt. Definitely worth getting.

Great story: captured Ahsoka's personality perfectly
Revisado: 07-10-24
I read this story and saw the adaptation episode in Tales of the Jedi. I like both versions but I think this novel is better. not only does it give a lot more detail but the story is able to really flesh out the problems and issues tha at post Order 66 galaxy would pose to her. Well done, definitely recommend.

The “scum and villainy” a highlight
- De Stefan Filipovits en 11-10-20
With 3 exceptions, poorly written stories
Revisado: 07-10-24
Very disappointing stories. It's like the authors are in high school, know very little about Star Wars and full of the standard Disney agenda being shoved down the reader's throat rather focusing on quality. I regret this purchase and wish I could return it. At least the 1st one was decent.
