HOW TO LIVE IN THE NOW
Revisado: 02-16-20
HOW TO LIVE IN THE NOW
I have read the book (I like books in paper more than audio-books).
And I agree; living in the now is a great thing. Something to strive for, if you want. Great the book takes the quest for The Now, presence, seriously and giving down-to-earth exercises to practice becoming familiar with The Now.
I didn’t like the part in the end about how there is no time – it didn´t quite fit with the topic? Why give priority to a useless, intellectual concept instead of giving us a method to gain consciousness so we can stop doing the things that doesn´t work for us any longer? Shortly; I missed a part about The Work in the book. The Work is an effective method to come to value and stay in the present, a method the author is very familiar with. Why isn´t it mentioned?

I have made The Work my practice and I am amazed at how happy, safe, kind and free I feel now compared with for how I felt some years ago. I too, like Ernest, want to share this effective practice to as many people as I can. I often feel helpless: How come people do not want to try The Work? So, I am so grateful for this new book about how to do The Work, yourself at once. Please use this free inquiry and set yourself free of all the messy things you learned as a kid. It makes us less than whole.
To sum it up: read this book and get started with The Work as a practice!
