I sat with this whole teaching today. I wanted to hear your caring, kind voice. I lit a candle and placed it upon my alter. I stood in the quiet kitchen while listening to, “the first death,”and cried silently. A few nights ago, I had found a voice clip of one of my journal entries on my phone. I heard myself say, “Sometimes you gotta get broken, to know why you’re running.”
Much Gratitude to your light, your vibration, and the love that is you.

Atlas Of The Heart!!!

Dear Brene’, I love your book! It is the only book of your’s that I have read. Meaning, now I’m seeking your other books! Your explanations gave rise to the student in me. Your ability to speak in a language of pure and endless meaning and love for your fellow humans gives me a bigger sense of hope for all of us, than before I read your book.
With love and gratitude!
Debra

Historia
Brandi Carlile was born into a musically gifted, impoverished family on the outskirts of Seattle and grew up in a constant state of change, moving from house to house, trailer to trailer, 14 times in as many years. Though imperfect in every way, her dysfunctional childhood was as beautiful as it was strange, and as nurturing as it was difficult. At the age of five, Brandi contracted bacterial meningitis, which almost took her life, leaving an indelible mark on her formative years and altering her journey into young adulthood.

Your words
Revisado: 04-25-21
Hi, Your book made my bout of food poisoning tolerable on day three. I think I felt every emotion within myself. I know I cried a lot and was up all night taking in every word of your Evangeline. I love the way love feels amongst the thorns in this life— always a healing.
Thank you. ♥️ to All of you.

Wonderful
Revisado: 06-06-17
I am not a religious woman. I'm so grateful for the spiritual and historical unfolding, the playfulness and lofty scope of What Is the Bible. I could connect to something that lies deep within, to stories that didn't add up, stories I could never quite harness a half-decent answer to. This created a space where I could enjoy and also reflect on my own flaws and strengths. And Robs passion and experience shines all the way through.
