Flies in the face of Big Food
Revisado: 08-23-21
This book, if read and absorbed, will change your life. I like to listen with the physical book nearby, so I can run over and highlight parts of it that stand out to me. If you are a fan of governmental agencies, and believing what they tell you is good for you, this information will sound outrageous. Stick with it, and you will notice that it rings true to your intuition. No more needs to be said.

Life Changing
Revisado: 07-14-21
Girl Walks Out Of A Bar is a crazy-relatable, honestly-written, heartfelt life story. I not only was inspired to continue my four months of sobriety, but also write that memoir, that I have been putting off for decades. I have so much appreciation for Lisa putting her life on paper, and highly, highly recommend this to anyone considering getting sober, wanting to understand a friend who is struggling with recovery, parents who want an understanding of what their addicted child is going through, and anyone else who wants to expand their ability for compassion. I even think it would be a good read for drinkers who don’t think it’s an issue, but have stories of regret.
Thank you, Lisa.
Blessed Be,
Audra
