Elizabeth, Joyce, Ron and Ibrahim—the Thursday Murder Club—are still riding high off their recent real-life murder case and are looking forward to a bit of peace and quiet at Cooper’s Chase, their posh retirement village. But they are out of luck. An unexpected visitor—an old pal of Elizabeth’s (or perhaps more than just a pal?)—arrives, desperate for her help. He has been accused of stealing diamonds worth millions from the wrong men and he’s seriously on the lam.

Classic Elmore Leonard
Revisado: 09-28-16
What did you love best about When the Women Come Out to Dance (Unabridged Stories)?
Elmore leonard is a great storyteller and a wonderful writer. These were great short stories.
What three words best describe Taye Diggs’s voice?
The only thing I had against the reader was that he often lapsed into what sounded like a black dialect when the story called for a white country dialect. It sort of detracted from the story telling in that it jarred one out of the moment.

A Waste of Money
Revisado: 09-28-16
Would you try another book from David Archer and/or Mikael Naramore?
Absolutely the worst writing and storytelling I have seen in along time. Shut it off halfway through. How does drivel like this get published? Clichey upon clichey. On top of everything else it turns out to be a stupid propaganda piece for ridiculous wing-nut conspiracy theories about how the current administration has a secret agenda for sacrificing America in order to fulfill its true agenda of establishing one world government or some such drivel.
Would you ever listen to anything by David Archer again?
Absolutely not!
How could the performance have been better?
Put lipstick on a pig and you still have a pig. Unsalvageable.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disgust that I wasted my money on such crap.
