I don't know why there are reviews saying nothing is happening. in just the first few hours they start to explain some about some of the plot holes left in earlier books and the action is taking forward. explanations for more come in and out as other life things happen and I'm only half way through the book. an exciting event happens, I'm trying not to give out to much, and it's a great performance by RC Bray. I don't know why the trolls are all jumping in but it's a great story right now and I can't wait for the rest of the book. looking forward the more as well.

I am looking forward to the next installment. narration was excellent and the story was a bit different. I like the RPGs that use exp for growth instead of levels too

Granted, this experience was great. The book series had a lot of fun and adventure, but I feel this should not be the end. the earth is save yet again and more questions from the series have yet to be answered. I see a new series taking off from some of the side adventures and I hope they will answer some of what happened, but if skippy and Joe are not a part of it I feel that it will be lacking. I was really hoping to find out what happened to the ancients and what skippy is or was. well I'll just have to tune in for more and keep an eye out.

I got this book on a whim. I was surprised to find this books story and mechanics kept me in the whole way through. definitely worth the credit or price.

Stellar book

I bought this book on a whim. I plan on owning the entire series. The story was great and didn't leave a lot of questions open other then some that will make the rest of the series that much more interesting. I look forward to the rest of this series even though I will have to wait for it to come lol. The narrator did an excellent job and I'll look into some more books he has worked on as well. if his performance is anything like this one I believe he could make a dull story one worth listening to. we will see.

I'm not one to write many reviews. I have listened to the whole series many times over. I laughed and even shed some tears. I would recommend this book series to anyone and have. it's worth the time.
