Just to begin, I'd like to congratulate the narrator for doing a spectacular job of maintaining all the different, and similar, voices throughout the reading.
Lana is bold and brave. A heartwarming story of a woman learning to trust by finding friends who accept and embrace her unconditionally. These friends join her in a hair-raising journey to seek the truth about her past life. I very much enjoyed this story.

Complex but understandable

The characters and their relationships with each other were enjoyable. Several laugh out loud moments. A good story with lots of twists, but easy to follow. A stand alone in a series of interesting stories. I'm looking forward to the next book from this generous author.

a wonderful reading of a great book

I am so glad to see the next in series. this was a wonderful appetizer, so to speak, and I look forward to reading the entire series, or better hearing it on Audible. Lee Beddow did a beautiful job in the narration and the production of this book. Meredith is a complex and at times frustrating but totally lovable and sympathetic character, with a big heart that he is afraid to show. I loved his story.
