Historia
Do you experience an annoying beeping, whistling, and hissing in your ears? Do insomnia, dizziness, anxiety, or depression also trouble you? Once you have been diagnosed with tinnitus, you will be wondering: What can I do about it? What will work for me? These applications are based on the latest emerging knowledge from retraining therapy and use state-of-the-art audio processing to mask the effects of tinnitus. The underlying principle is quite simple.

Helpful with one downside.
Revisado: 12-29-23
For my tinnitus (a loud single continuous tone) I find this masks incredibly well as I’m sleeping. The circuit blip sound I enjoy, as it hits in the same way as some asmr noises do for me, I can see why some would find it annoying.
All of the soundscapes are excellent with one huge exception. One of the later chapters has a buzzing insect sound which twice brought me out of a dead sleep. Maybe it’s supposed to evoke bumblebees on a spring day…it doesn’t. It’s like being attacked by bluebottles and mosquitoes. Horrific. However, don’t let that discourage you from giving this a go. I Just put a 3 hr sleep timer on it now.
I set the level at the same as my tinnitus, and I’ve noticed that each night, it’s dropping by 1% on my Alexa app. So perhaps it’s working. I haven’t committed to the 1 - 2hrs a day with my headphones (bone conduction) but I’m willing to give it a shot.
I hope this review is useful, as there’s not much relief for tinnitus out there.

Historia
Across Stockholm the power grid has gone crazy. In the morgue and in cemeteries, the recently deceased are waking up. One grandfather is alight with hope that his grandson will be returned, but one husband is aghast at what his adored wife has become. A horror novel that transcends its genre by showing what the return of the dead might really mean to those who loved them.

Ok, but doesn’t deliver anything new
Revisado: 01-20-23
I found this story too simple and overly sentimental. It takes a long time to get to the action, and fails to wrap up multiple storylines. Perhaps the writer plans to address these in future books, but based on the soap opera pacing of this one, I’m unlikely to seek them out. Steven Pacey, however, delivers his usual 5 star performance. Pacey narrates Joe Abercrombie’s novels, and imo is one of the best readers alive today.

Historia
A revolutionary approach to the techniques of working with horses, by a renowned instructor. In Horses Never Lie, renowned horse trainer Mark Rashid challenges the conventional wisdom of "alpha leadership" and teaches the listener to become a "passive leader" - a counterpart to the kind of horse other members of a herd choose to associate with and to follow. Applying Rashid’s principles and techniques helps cultivate horse personalities that are responsive and dependable regardless of the rider.

Good book on common sense horsemanship
Revisado: 12-01-20
I think many reviewers are being too hard on the narrator. If you’re interested in the material, as I am, you shouldn’t let the poor reviews dissuade you from this insightful book. Listen to the sample, and decide for yourself.
The author recalls sweet and sentimental stories to teach his methods. I recommend the book for anyone interested in a more natural approach to horse training.
