Historia
This is the story of one of the greatest records ever made - Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison - and its shocking and tragic aftermath. Join award-winning journalist Danny Robins on the 50th anniversary of the album as he takes you on a road trip back to 1968, a pivotal year in US history, to investigate the dramatic and unlikely friendship between Johnny Cash, American icon, and Glen Sherley, armed robber and Folsom inmate, and how that friendship was violently torn apart.

Entertaining
Revisado: 02-06-19
An entertaining story that unfolds with intrigue. Top marks for the producer and narrator. Cash's voice had to be played by an actor, but this didn't bother me at all. (i would have liked to hear more of the "At Folsom" album in the story, but copyright law may have prevented this. i'll just have to buy the album).

What did you love best about How to Make a Million Dollars Trading Options?
Short but packed with many invaluable points.
What did you like best about this story?
Concise. No filler. This is a breath of fresh air! I have listened to this several times.
Have you listened to any of Michael Driggs’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
What?
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes
Any additional comments?
I purchased this, not wanting to use my monthly selection on a short book. But what a surprise! This contained more useful content than other books 10X longer. Seriously. You won't be dissapointed.

Boring listen
Revisado: 03-20-18
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I have recommended this to freinds for the content. Readers can skim a book and skip through the filler material. For the audio book, I have no choice but to listen to the entire thing. There was good content, but way way too much filler material, and that made it extremely difficult to get through the book. In the end, I found 4 - 5 good points. So, 10 hours for 4-5 good points. Not an efficient use of my time.
I have listened to many, many long audiobooks without the same reaction. In retrospect, it may be the reader (Dixon) that made this almost impossible to complete.
What do you think your next listen will be?
I do not understand the question. Do you want a review of the book, or ??
Which character – as performed by Walter Dixon – was your favorite?
Not applicable. This was non fiction
Could you see The Willpower Instinct being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
This is a stupid question Audible. How in the world would my naming a hollywood movie star help a future Audible member determine if they should select this book?
I think you've sold out to Social Media and are looking for a comment to go viral. How dissapointing.
Any additional comments?
Audible, you have changed the questions in your review. The goal now seems to be to sell me more audio books. You should focus on THIS book. Not a movie. Not a character. Why not ask me question that can help other Audible members? You've just lost me and I will cancel my membership.

Requires determination
Revisado: 03-07-16
What would have made SPIN Selling better?
An abridged version and skilled narrator.
Any additional comments?
Look for an abridged version compiled specifically for audiobook format. If this is also narrated by Eli Wood, I suggest the listener preview the audio before buying. I found the narrator's sing-songy voice extremely difficult to follow.
