Was just Ok. Idea is wonderful.

I liked the idea of this book but have found that other cheaper hypnosis apps work much better. This one had far too much music/sound/tones and not enough guidance. I ended up having dreams about snakes and Reno 911. I hope that means wisdom, going to Google it now.
