Not for the squeamish
Revisado: 02-03-18
The content is FANTASTIC. This book has gotten many people started on the path to financial freedom.
But the narrator! I listen to this in the car, on a Bluetooth speaker, or on headphones. Headphones is by far the worst due to the mouth noises and breathing. I've listened to 200 books on Audible, and this is by far the worst. I almost couldn't finish my breakfast after one exceptionally bad occurrence of mouth smacking and tongue movement. Robert Kiyosaki needs to consider spending a little more and having this one redone. I'm going to request my money back because I'll never listen to this narrator again, if I can help it.

Historia
In this must-listen book for anyone striving to succeed, pioneering psychologist Angela Duckworth shows parents, educators, students, and businesspeople - both seasoned and new - that the secret to outstanding achievement is not talent but a focused persistence called "grit". Why do some people succeed and others fail? Sharing new insights from her landmark research on grit, MacArthur "genius" Angela Duckworth explains why talent is hardly a guarantor of success.

Powerful motivator and eye opener
Revisado: 09-20-16
I thought it was just going to be "work hard" reiterated over and over. It was so much more. There's science behind the research. There's parenting advice. There's coaching advice. There's personal development advice. And there's hope. Even if you are the type of person who is a habitual quitter, there's still hope. I highly encourage you to listen to this book if you're looking to answer the question of "What is my calling? Why can't I find and pursue my true passion?"

Just buy John Palmer's book How to Brew
Revisado: 07-13-16
What was most disappointing about Scotts Jason’s story?
There were several bad pieces of advice such as adding sugar to your rehydrating yeast. That might've been the norm years ago but now, it wastes the yeasts reserves that are included by the manufacturer. Plus, you don't want your yeast getting used to something that's so far off your wort.
Any additional comments?
This was essentially just a summary of John Palmer's book, with a few bad pieces of advice thrown in. For your money and knowledge, just go buy Palmer's book instead. It has a lot more info and it's extremely useful.
