Just finished the audiobook "The New Work Exchange" by Scott Cawood, CEO of WorldatWork and wow! This book is a must-read for anyone interested in the new work paradigm and the employer-employee relationship. This book offers insight and practical guidance into how we can inspire and change mindsets from traditional work to our new work exchange and how we can reward our people in innovative ways that drive organizational impact. It's a thought-provoking read that challenges us to think outside the box on what we were taught in business school on rewards and motivation. Plus, it provides a fascinating history lesson on different points before, during and after the Industrial Revolution and how it relates to what we are experiencing today. Highly recommend this book on how we all can make work and the employee experience better, written by a thought leader that walks the talk!
