Without your even being aware of the connection to the above issues, it has created additional life-long challenges such as endless guilt, anxiety, perfectionism, need to control, depression, a history of dysfunctional relationships and much more. This easy-to-understand, interactive book will reveal how codependency has sobotaged you, the lies it created in your beliefs and the truths that expose them.

This summed up all that I have read on the subject
Revisado: 05-04-22
I loved this book. I've been searching in myself and the world for @ 10 years for help on my codependency. This is the clearest, most helpful summation of what I have discovered on that journey. I recommend it for anyone searching for answers and/or healing. Thank you to everyone involved in it's creation and distribution, and all those who helped the writer to get to a place to make this book something that I could benefit from. May you as a reader heal all your fractured beauty.

This book sums up a few points from other books and youtube clips that I have read/seen. I think that this is a great condensation of principles that can help heal from tye abuse that you commit against yourself as a result of not yet dealing with the abuse inflicted by someone else in your past.
