To make matters worse, our comparison culture is only expanding. Thanks to social media, we have more opportunities to compare ourselves than ever before, and even kids are falling into the trap.

Highly disappointed

I was looking forward to hearing this book thought it would be a great self help book but now I would like a full refund. As soon as the author mentioned her “white privilege” I stopped listening. If she is going to use this book to apologize for who she is then I can’t view this as a self help book at all!!! Leave your agendas aside and stick to what this book is supposed to be about!!
