This is not a book. It's Gary giving off the cuff answers to questions he gets asked by his fans. Which is fine if he gave insightful responses but all he's able to offer is one entrepreneur's experience and perspective. He's honest about not reading any books or learning from anyone else so there's not much he can share in terms of a broader perspective. If you care a lot about how HE succeeded then maybe this book is right for you. Otherwise, it has been a waste of time and I feel disappointed to have been fooled by all the positive reviews, which are undoubtedly from his social media fans.

What disappointed you about Team Genius?
Despite the promise of the "new science of teams," there's not much science here - just a lot of generalizations that are not testable. You can't really implement anything from this book.

What disappointed you about Collaborative Intelligence?
This is more like a text book - lots of lists, codes, technical terms, etc. It's hard to follow in audio form. If you're interested in this topic, buy the physical book.
