I put off listening to this book...

So obviously I needed it. But I didn’t think I would want to hear what it had to say. I thought I would come away from it feeling like my procrastination habits mean I’m a lazy slug and I just need to kick my own ass out of my way and get **** done and it’s as simple as that.
But this book was NOTHING like that. Well, there was a little tough love, but every time I pressed play to listen to Mel, I came away feeling better about myself and about changing my habits.
I loved her narration— it felt like she was speaking to me as opposed to reading a book.
I listen to a fair amount of personal development, and I didn’t think this would be my style. But it totally was. I’ll definitely listen again. And recommend to everyone. Loved it.

Sweet story

This was my first lesbian romance novel, and I really enjoyed it! The characters were interesting, and I love that each chapter went back and forth between the two main girls, from their perspectives. It helped give insight into their thoughts and histories to develop the story line even deeper.
