Another solid effort in this series which I am hooked on. Really enjoy the humour that Scott brings with his comments. Again great narration. A couple of small negatives: Sometimes the volume is inconsistent; D C I Daley has not yet worked things out, only some sort of assault seems to give the answers he is needing.

Great characters, good humour and dry wit. Love the character balance between Daley and Scott. Will make sure I will listen to the series. Hope narrator is the same for all of them as he is excellent.

Historia
If Detective Frank Bennett tries hard enough, he can sometimes forget that his partner, Eden Archer, is also moonlighting as a serial killer. Thankfully their latest case is proving a good distraction. Someone is angry at Sydney's beautiful people, and the results are anything but pretty. On the rain-soaked running tracks of Sydney's parks, a predator is lurking, and it's not long before nighttime jogging become a race to stay alive.

Frank’s character grew on me during this book and I actually enjoyed his masculine take on situations. I also think the narration improved from last book. I hope there is another book in the line up.
Candice has written all characters well.

I enjoyed the narration. I liked the way the story had you gunning for the main man, along with being frustrated by his flaws, started slow, but overall the storyline was a good spy story, incorporating politics and money. I will look for another story by same author.
