What is this m!ndfu*k3r¥? And why do I have the biggest book-hangover of my life?

This book was dark, unexpected and freaking fantastic!! I was a sobbing mess by the time I finished this on audio, and I do not regret it one bit. I only wish I could go back and read this from the beginning as a new reader! The plot twists were spectacular, the writing flawless, and the narrators were amazing. The emotions reflected in the voices of these narrators made this suspenseful ride one heck of a jouney!

The narrator does a fantastic job giving voice to this story. She does come across mechanical at times, but not enough that it distracted from my overall enjoyment of this audio. This is one I definitely won't mind listening to on repeat!

Absolutely loved this! Low to no angst, dark romance... Something I never knew I needed until Virgil and Sloane.. Includes all the goods: an obsessive stalker in a mask, enough suspense to keep it flowing, instalove and lots of spice.

This book is fantastic!! I read it years ago and loved it then, as much as I love it now. However, I did not love or even like this narrator.

There was no distinction between voices for each character, so it was hard to follow who was speaking by audio alone. Several times, audio picked up papers shuffling and other background noises.

This overall story is great, but this narrator did not do this book justice. I highly recommend reading the ebook instead!

Incredible story and performance!

What an incredible and breathtaking performance by Rose Dioro and Jason Clarke. This was my first audio with these narrators, and after listening, I'm sure no others could have brought this story to life, like these two.

The best way to read this book is by going in blind. I can't stress that enough!

It was definitely not what I was expecting. The book summary is vague and doesn't begin to even touch how dark this book truly is.

All I can say is this book takes you on a ride. So buckle up, grab your tissues and hold on tight to your kindle!!

Phenomenal

Not even sure where to begin, without giving any spoilers... This book broke my heart, over and over again. Every doubt, every pain, every heartbreaking and frustrating moment just poured from this book into my soul and crushed it. How can I love something that makes me have...... feelings?! *shudders*

I loved Sean and Dom in Flock, and I was rooting for them. Then Tobias, the sneaky, diabolical frenchman that he is, had to go and show his devastatingly beautiful self.

This book is intense and the audio, more so. Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are phenomenal and destroyed my heart (and tear ducts with their amazing performance.

Kicking myself because I waiting so long to jump into this series, mostly because I don't typically read/listen to books with cliffhangers, but this was not at all like I was expecting. It was messy, toxic and emotional. I loved it!

The chemistry between Sean and Cecilia and Cecilia and Dom leapt off the pages from their first interactions. Cecilia was sweet and fierce, and where Sean was charming and funny, Dom was mysterious and moody. Two sides of the same coin, both cryptic and full of secrets.

I'm so glad I decided to listen to this on audio because Maxine Mitchell and Joe Arden really heightened the experience. They brought these characters to life in a way that my brain would not have been able to. I cried with Cecilia and got angry on her behalf. Then swooned right alongside her, when either Dom or Sean opened their mouths.

Short, smutty and entertaining!!

I think my heading says it all!! This was a short, fun, smut-filled read. I. LOVED. IT.

And the narrators were pure perfection!!

I first read the ebook and loved it. My original review is below. When I found out about the audio, I immediately had to download and start listening. This book is even better than I remember.

This is my first audio listen by this narrator, and he was fantastic at giving life to Dante and Jax.


Original Review:
An amazing start to what I know is going to be an amazing series! Jaxson and Dante's story was a beautiful, heart wrenching one. Jaxson, too afraid to show who he really is, and who could blame him with the circumstances surrounding him. Dante, with his strength, always trying to keep everyone safe and protected, but both of them so vulnerable with each other. I absolutely adored this story! This is one that will stay with me for a long time to come!

5/5 stars! Audio and Ebook!!

I read this story a while back, but it is just as great in audio too.

I adore Penn and Copeland. I love how their relationship evolves into something mushy and cliché.

I decided to download the audio since Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton narrated. Individually they are fantastic, but together, these two are AMAZING!

The story was great. Very original and the author took great care with the subject matter.

The narration, though, was okay, but not great. I do wish I had just read this one, instead of listening to it in audio. I feel like I could have rated it higher. If this story had been any longer, I most likely would have lost interest and stopped listening.
