This book is in amazing,, heart wrenching, and Inspiring story. Amazing that this father and son survived the horrendous hell that the Nazis willingly perpetrated. Utterly heart wrenching to learn of the atrocities, and the horrors that these poor people suffered under the hands of the satanic and heartless Germans. Inspiring to hear of a father and son who never gave up and who at the risk of their own lives helped countless others. This book is a true masterpiece that I wish all would read and make part of their life. For I fear if we do not understand the horrible history of the past we will certainly repeat it.

Amazing! Heart wrenching! A true story that everyone must hear

This is truly an amazing true story! A history of a little girl, her family and a nation that never gave up despite some of the most evil, and horrible treatment human beans have ever experienced. Words cannot adequately describe the story. You must here it for yourself.

This is an excellent book that every American should read! If we do not learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it. There is a great but silent war raging in the hearts of men, and it is up to us to choose our side. What side will that be? The side that seeks to tear down and destroy? Or the side that seeks to build up, repair, and make whole?

An excellent study that turns out to be a political rambling

This book has an excellent concept one that was very intriguing and had a lot of great information. The problem that I found was it turned into a one sided political ramble. It was difficult for the writer to mask his feelings of distaste for law-enforcement. And I don’t understand why there was an entire chapter devoted to drinking. The same thing could’ve been said in just a few pages.
