Loved the spice - storyline - characters-narrators….all of it! 10/10 recommend. Wonderful character development and written with great detail. I absolutely LOVE the duet narration.

Not bothering to look at me, the man raised his hand up and flipped me off. Your loss. I thought as I watched his hand come back down to rest on the bar. Changing my grip on the handle of the knife and exposing the blade, I brought it down on his fingers, lopping off three of them just above the middle joint. The man yelled out furiously and gripped his, newly shortened, fingers in his other hand as he whipped himself around to face me again.

If you’re looking for an INCREDIBLE story with fantastic details, twist and turns, spice and action - you have to read Ruby Nights. The narration is SPOT on, as well. Each character was thoughtfully planned and really brought to life.

Slow moving but a good listen

I liked the premise of the book - appreciate the story line and that there were some twists and turns. The narrators did a great job of giving the characters life. It was too much of a slow burn for me, though.
