Historia
Many people today think the Bible, the most influential book in world history, is not only outdated but irrelevant, irrational, and even immoral. This explanation of the Book of Genesis, the first book of the Bible, demonstrates clearly and powerfully that the opposite is true. The Bible remains profoundly relevant - both to the great issues of our day and to each individual life. It is the greatest moral guide and source of wisdom ever written.

Historia
In the pageantry of baseball, one select group is virtually unknown in the outside world, derided by fans, faced with split-second choices that spell victory or defeat. These men are up-close observers of the action, privy to inside jokes, blood feuds, benches-clearing brawls, and managers’ expletive-filled tirades. In this wonderful memoir, Hall of Fame umpire Doug Harvey takes us within baseball as you’ve never seen it, with unforgettable inside stories of baseball greats such as Willie Mays, Sandy Koufax, and Whitey Herzog.

Entertaining
Revisado: 04-04-22
Easy to follow, easy to stay entertained. It is a light read with deep undertones. I read it because I suddenly became interested in the psychology of the position of Umpire, an absolute authority of distinctions and truth, and the human creature living out that role. This book was an obvious choice, and served my purpose fully. Therefore I recommend on these bases!

Great
Revisado: 03-23-22
I listen constantly. Not only the Lore is great but the two minds and personalities here are truly brilliant. This is like mental therapy, as well as an informative opus of myth. I love these two guys because they are extremely professional, courteous, organized, kind, funny, and wise. Their insights to both the lore and the mechanics are eye opening. Highly recommend this great podcast.

Historia
The year is 1348. Thomas, a disgraced knight, has found a young girl alone in a dead Norman village. An orphan of the Black Death, and an almost unnerving picture of innocence, she tells Thomas that plague is only part of a larger cataclysm - that the fallen angels under Lucifer are rising in a second war on heaven, and that the world of men has fallen behind the lines of conflict. Is it delirium or is it faith? She believes she has seen the angels of God. She believes the righteous dead speak to her in dreams. And now she has convinced the faithless Thomas to shepherd her across a depraved landscape to Avignon.

Good but..
Revisado: 01-15-22
The narration for the character dialogue is awful. Everything else is good. I have to re-imagine the delivery of dialogue however, virtually every line, but it is not difficult.
