Historia
Darcy thought his problems were over when Pemberley hatched and successfully imprinted on humans. But baby dragons prove far more difficult than any dragon lore prepared him for. Only Elizabeth Bennet's notes offer him any help. When his imperious Aunt Catherine takes matters into her own hands, things take a turn for the worse and Pemberley’s life hangs in the balance. He desperately needs more of Elizabeth’s help, but she ignores all of his requests. Elizabeth, though, has problems of her own.

Another Wonderful Draconic Interlude
Revisado: 05-11-22
Alright. I freely admit it....I'm hooked on dragons!! This series is so enjoyable that I have read each book twice and now I am listening to them...again. I adore Mr.Fife's voice. He does a wonderful job as Elizabeth Bennet, Mary, Lydia and even Mrs. Bennet. He transitions from Mr. Darcy to Elizabeth to Major Dragons, Minor Dragons, Tazelworms and Fairy Dragons! If you don't know what a Tazelworm or Basilisk or Lindworm....you are in for an exceptional treat.
These books are not about magical dragons. Rather the Dragons are presented as real creatures coexisting in equal partnerships with humankind. Like humans they require and demand respect, proper introductions, courtesy and honesty.

Revisado: 01-21-22
My "she" refers to both author, Elizabeth Peters and reader Rosenblat. She is an amazing reader that puts you right in the story and you have a running motion picture in your mind. You don't need Hollywood when you listen to Barbara Rosenblat!!!

STORY GREAT. READING NOT SO GREAT
Revisado: 12-29-20
I love this book. However, her reading left much to be desired. All the characters sound the same. Holmes voice was like a stuck up prig. There was a little girl and her voice was that of an adult. If I had not read the book twice, it would have been difficult to differentiate between characters. Not a good reading. I will not purchase another book with this narrator.

ALMOST OVER..WHAT SHALL I DO?
Revisado: 06-13-20
Another winner from Peter's! One last book and this awesome series will be over. It has been a grand adventure accompanying Amelia, Emerson, Ramses and Nefret on their amazing journey of murder and mayhem. Watching Ramses grow from precocious childhood to handsome, gentle but deadly manhood was great. This story does not disappoint but makes us only sad that one more book, one more story exists and then we say goodbye forever to the wonderful Emmersons! If you haven't began this series with Book One: Crocodile on the Sandbank...buy it! And prepare yourself for an extraordinary literary experience. This 17 book series touches everything: murder, egyptian history, espionage, , romance, pyramids, tomb robbers, mummies more pyramids and the enduring love between a man and a woman . Jump into and dig in!!!!

Battle of Waterloo
Revisado: 08-27-18
If you are a history buff, you will thoroughly enjoy this Georgette Heyer novel. The romance is present but takes a backseat to the exciting battle narrative that puts you right smack in the middle of the famous Waterloo Battle. Heyer's detailed description allows the reader to hear, see and even smell the smoke as the Duke of Wellington meets his match in Napoleon. Who will win? As Wellington proclaimed "Let's see who can pound away the Longest!"
