The only reason I'm not returning this book is because I cannot afford the time time to read it.
It's difficult and painful to listen to this book, especially while driving and he turns the entire book into one, long sentence with no pauses except at random times.
If you have the option to read this book instead, CHOOSE THAT.

I consider this the best fantasy I've ever read

I was given this book when I was about 15, by a stranger I sat next to on a plane. He'd seen I too was reading a fantasy novel and, just having finished this book, suddenly plopped it down on the seat between us. My confused eyes met his and he explained his book group's theology was to pass on good novels rather than store them. To this day, I consider this the best fantasy novel I've ever read, I'm grateful for it to have an A-grade narration, I hope for a sequel, and I dream of a worthy screen adaptation.
