Historia
Gwen Conway never knew there were so many ways to die. Honestly, it was something she would have been happy not knowing. Maybe they really are just dreams. Nightmares. But they won't stop. And dreaming of her death is getting old. Then there's the sleepwalking. She'd like to pass on that too.

I was so excited to listen to this book!

Would you listen to Mirrored Time again? Why?
I will definitely listen again to this audio book of Mirrored Time. First, it's a story both my daughter and I enjoy. Second, that's why I buy audio books, to be able to experience the stories I enjoy again and again.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Mirrored Time?
I love many parts of this book, but the interplay between Gwen and Rafe had me smiling and put me in my happy-reading place. Of course the big twists discovered by the end sealed the deal!
What does Melissa Chatwood bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
At times it was like the narrator was reading my mind, with how I'd put the voice inflection or stress on a certain phrase in my own mind when I read the eBook. She does a great job with the male voices as well as the female voices, accented or not!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Of course I'd love to have the luxury of listening to it in one sitting-- during regular life I don't, but the next road trip we take may provide that opportunity!
Any additional comments?
My kids and I have started to listen to mostly audio books in the car when we drive to and from school. The radio doesn't give me any control over word or topic choices that my kids hear. I like being able to read a book ahead of time so I know what we can expect. If the story and thoughts are told in a way that suit me, the book makes a great audio choice for my family. Given the vast age difference of my children, finding something that works for engaging the oldest without being inappropriate for the youngest can be a fine balance. This story covers all bases.

Great way to experience this book
Revisado: 04-13-15
Would you listen to Crossfire again? Why?
This was so much fun to listen to; I will definitely do it again-- and let my daughter listen, too. Which is what I'd bought it for, but I wanted to take a sneak peek to get an idea of the narrator ... and I couldn't turn it off. I own the print version, so I kept thinking "I'll turn it off at this point-- nope, I'll wait until ..." Oops!
What did you like best about this story?
I love Ms. Domanski's words and story-flow. The book is full of fun information with cool twists about Amazons and other mythological characters. I loved all the action and the interplay of the characters, and "watching" the lead, Mirissa, come into her own.
What does Melissa Chatwood bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She was fun to listen to and had a great voice for the lead-- catching the snark and sarcasm of the teen and the strength of the Amazon.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
If I had that many hours to sit and listen from beginning to end, I would. But that's what's so great about audio books; I can be doing stuff around the house and still be "reading."
Any additional comments?
Well done-- and fun that this author has chosen various narrators to go with her other Omega books, capturing the feel of the leads!

What a fun experience!
Revisado: 04-10-15
What made the experience of listening to Greco the most enjoyable?
I loved being able to share this story with my daughter! We listened to it together while waiting for her brothers to be done with their activities. I'd read the book version and my daughter wanted to read it, but then I had the opportunity to get the audio version. It was so well done, and smoothly read. I'm excited to listen to the first of the series, Cross Fire, next (another one I own in book form, but we do a lot of cross-state driving and this will be perfect!)
What was one of the most memorable moments of Greco?
There were many scenes that were beautiful-- action packed, tense, or sweet. I don't like doing spoilers, so I'm going to be vague, but one of my favorite bits was finding out why someone was doing what they were doing because, at first, I was thinking, "how evil," but then it was explained in a way that garnered sympathy. Well written! And it was so sad, painful almost, to learn about Greco's past.
What does David Dietz bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Oh my goodness! I read books out loud to my kids all the time, and we listen to tons of audio books on our trips. Mr. Dietz can save my vocal chords! It was enjoyable to hear his different voices and accents and interpretations of the scenes.
Any additional comments?
Well done over all-- super story and well read!
