Historia
Stephen King returns to the characters and territory of one of his most popular novels ever, The Shining, in this instantly riveting novel about the now middle-aged Dan Torrance (the boy protagonist of The Shining) and the very special 12-year-old girl he must save from a tribe of murderous paranormals. This is an epic war between good and evil, a gory, glorious story that will thrill the millions of hyper-devoted fans of The Shining and wildly satisfy anyone new to the territory of this icon in the King canon.

didn't disappoint
Revisado: 09-04-17
I have nothing but good things to say about this book. I waffled between reading The Shining first and just reading this one and I went with reading this one. Does a great job. I've only seen The Shining the movie. And even after having read the sequel I can't wait to read The Shining now

Review for pharm
Revisado: 04-19-17
The narrator with a British accent for some reason really distracted me. I think this choice of narrator would have been better for a really great novel or something. It was very hard to focus on. This book also is way better to look at and read than to listen to ...there are many hyphens and other distracting things. It's hard to follow on the audio properly.

review
Revisado: 04-19-17
This book was a lot easier to read than to listen to. I think just by actually looking at the book it's obvious why. The narrator was okay. It served its purpose in class but I'm not sure it was helpful to listen to.

Loved the narrator. The story was good, and engaging although sometimes drawn out and could have had more detail in some areas, including the conclusion. it's wort the time and definitely makes you think.
