A bunch of disjointed short stories
Revisado: 12-24-18
These two books of disjointed short stories follow a rather stupid theme that changes as the years advance. There are a few good short stories but most are a bit strange. I tried to go the end of volume 2 but gave up.

Promotional book to sell StroyBrand Services
Revisado: 10-17-17
The author provides interesting thoughts about branding a company to draw in new customers. He goes through the steps to improve sales while at the same time promoting his services for purchase.
I do not regret purchasing the book and would recommend it as a place to start.

Good but not the best
Revisado: 04-23-17
Would you listen to Steelheart again? Why?
I would listen to it again. The start was a bit childish, like it was written for youngsters.
What did you like best about this story?
The theme was a little different from other science fiction stories about people who have supernatural abilities.
What does MacLeod Andrews bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The reader adds personality to the characters.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
At the end, I did not want to put it down. At the start, I was not sure if I would finish it.

Historia
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

Amazing story of a survivor child's life
Revisado: 01-07-17
Would you listen to Born a Crime again? Why?
I would listen to this again as it has many events worth re-listening.
What did you like best about this story?
Great biography of the life of a youngster in an oppressed society. Many many humorous experiences in a difficult situation.
Have you listened to any of Trevor Noah’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have never listened to other narrations from him, but he does a Great job of bringing the events to real life. It could not have been done any better.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
There were many humorous events in his life. I smiled a lot. I cried from the tribulations of an oppressed familial in a society that did not respect women and children.
Any additional comments?
Well worth listening to his accounts of his life in South Africa. His narration adds much to the meanings of the written words.

Historia
Few books have captivated the imagination and won the devotion and praise of readers and critics everywhere as has George R. R. Martin’s monumental epic cycle of high fantasy that began with A Game of Thrones. Now, in A Feast for Crows, Martin delivers the long-awaited fourth book of his landmark series, as a kingdom torn asunder finds itself at last on the brink of peace . . . only to be launched on an even more terrifying course of destruction.

Too much gore
Revisado: 01-02-17
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
The book brought in lots of new characters. It was difficult to place them all. For me there was too much gore and negative aspects. I stopped listening for a while; but wanted to hear something positive about the good people, so I returned. There are a few interesting twists, so I will go on the the next volume.
What was one of the most memorable moments of A Feast for Crows?
The end was the most memorable.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
There were several parts where I wanted to keep on listing.

Historia
One of Jane Austen’s most beloved works, Pride and Prejudice, is vividly brought to life by Academy Award nominee Rosamund Pike ( Gone Girl). In her bright and energetic performance of this British classic, she expertly captures Austen’s signature wit and tone. Her attention to detail, her literary background, and her performance in the 2005 feature film version of the novel provide the perfect foundation from which to convey the story of Elizabeth Bennet, her four sisters, and the inimitable Mr. Darcy.

Revisado: 05-16-16
If you could sum up Pride and Prejudice in three words, what would they be?
It is a light-hearted story about love in Early England.
What other book might you compare Pride and Prejudice to and why?
Nonesuch is a very similar theme.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
More meat and less chatter.
Any additional comments?
It is more of a history lesson than a discussion of surprises. I am only into chapter two and still waiting for a surprise. I will not make it to chapter 3. There may be surprises to come. But, my attention has been lost.

What would have made Audible Technology Review, December 2011 better?
I am commenting on all issues. The content is very superficial.
What was most disappointing about Technology Review’s story?
The information does not give me much info on modern technology. It is more of a news story of events.
How could the performance have been better?
Give me insight on technology.
