Historia
Red Schuhart is a stalker, one of those young rebels who are compelled, in spite of extreme danger, to venture illegally into the Zone to collect the mysterious artifacts that the alien visitors left scattered around. His life is dominated by the place and the thriving black market in the alien products. But when he and his friend Kirill go into the Zone together to pick up a "full empty", something goes wrong.

An incredible narrator brings this story to life. I can't believe I waited so long to listen to this story, it is some of the best philosophical sci-fi out there

Hilarious feel good sci-fi
Revisado: 11-07-22
Dennis E. Taylor and Ray Porter are my favorite audible duo!
Dennis' writing is witty and engaging. Chapters push you right into the next, making this book hard to put down!
Ray's performance is top notch. Each character has a believable voice and attitude, and the comedic timing is delightful. If I didn't know better, I'd swear this was a full cast production!
A must listen for any sci fi fan

Historia
In the far reaches of Imperial space, a ferocious warp storm approaches an Administratum world, cutting off the entire planet from the rest of the Imperium. As their towering grey spires are punished by endless rain, countless administrators, tithe-masters, and book-keepers are forced to evacuate. Among them is Greta, a lowly data-drone with a terrible secret, wanted for questioning by the sadistic Imperial interrogator Stefan Crucius. As disaster strikes and the pair are left stranded in the depths of the drowning city, captor and captive must cooperate.

A thrilling tale from a talented cast! This strange story skillfully introduces the audience to a wonderful world full of quirky inhabitants. Equal parts sci-fi and fantasy.
Great for listeners of other podcasts like SCP Archives, The White Vault and Archive 81!
