I have lived my whole life overweight but learning to use hypnosis to convince my body and mind the correct way to feed myself has been what I needed. I have enjoyed learning about diet and healthy habits that I should follow and also how to use the gastric band with hypnosis. This audiobook is very useful and the results are worth it. I recommend it!

Controlling my health

Listening to this audiobook and learning the use of gastric band hypnosis was what I needed to do to control my health. I was very pleased to hear from the author how effective hypnotherapy can be for weight loss because it gives the person the power to steer the mind towards what is right for the body. I really enjoyed applying the gastric band mental exercises.
