Amazing Narrator, incredible Story…edge of my seat.
Revisado: 06-26-24
I absolutely love this series. It is an edge of your seat kind of series. The emotion that the narrator puts into the characters is phenomenal. Sometimes when a woman or a man imitate a member of the opposite sex it can be distracting and pull you out of the story. Not the case with this one. I loved this so much, I am not waiting on the 3rd book to come out on audio, already downloaded to read on my kindle.

Historia
Cyrus, the egotistical and frustratingly gorgeous leader of the fae under-city, can’t seem to decide whether he wants to kill me or claim me for his own dark and delicious desires. And Reid, a dangerous and hypnotically beautiful human Authority Agent whose sole purpose should be to keep me in the dirt, has decided to keep me as his own personal Pet instead. But when dark, demonic creatures start attacking, killing human and Fae alike, alliances must be made, especially when the monsters seem to be determined to find and slaughter me.

Lawrie Kills it Again
Revisado: 04-07-24
Narrated beautifully. This story is not for the faint of heart. Definitely check authors trigger warnings. This is an incredible story that I blew through in 2 days. Dark and twisted our main character is incredibly well written and strong. The scenes are woven perfectly and story is fraught with tension. I will buy any new book from Lawrie without even reading a single review. She is incredible.

Couldn’t put it down so happy it was so long!
Revisado: 10-02-23
Robert Glenister narrates Strike and Robin to perfection. I loved the length and was on the edge of my seat the entire 36 hours. I ignored my family and only wanted to listen to this without stopping. The ending almost made me wreck my car.

Historia
Now reduced to a schoolyard chant, the Hope family murders shocked the Maine coast one bloody night in 1929. While most people assume seventeen-year-old Lenora was responsible, the police were never able to prove it. Other than her denial after the killings, she has never spoken publicly about that night, nor has she set foot outside Hope’s End, the cliffside mansion where the massacre occurred.

Nope
Revisado: 08-05-23
Big fan of Sager. This book left me
annoyed by the quick jump to absolute nonsense. 3/4 of the way through I was hooked, then I just powered through to hope for an ending that came together and made sense. Nope. Not even a little. It felt like it was written with passion the first part and then just lazy at the end. The last 1/4 ruins the entire book.
