Historia
Using his legendary ability to get to the root of human potential, Napoleon Hill digs deep to reveal how fear, procrastination, anger, and jealousy prevent us from realizing our personal goals. This long-suppressed parable, once considered too controversial to publish, was written by Hill in 1938 following the publication of his classic bestseller, Think and Grow Rich. Annotated and edited for a contemporary audience by Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Three Feet from Gold coauthor Sharon Lechter, this book is profound, powerful, resonant, and rich with insight.

This book reinforces that perspective, keeping you on the right path while revealing the powerful forces at play in the world. A must-read!

Lawyers. Accountants. Software Engineers. That what Mom and Dad encouraged us to become. They were wrong. Gone is the age of "left-brain" dominance. The future belongs to a different kind of person with a different kind of mind: designers, inventors, teachers, storytellers - creative and emphatic "right-brain" thinkers whose abilities mark the fault line between who gets ahead and who doesn't.

Review from a Right Brained Thinker
Revisado: 02-17-25
As an artist and a right-brained thinker, I expected this book to resonate with me more. While it was an interesting read, I didn’t find it as useful or insightful as I had hoped. I stuck with it until the last hour and a half, but at that point, I just couldn’t push through any further. It didn’t feel empowering or particularly educational for me. Unfortunately, most of the information didn’t add much value to my journey. On to the next book!

Historia
Intelligence is usually seen as the ability to think and learn, but in a rapidly changing world, there's another set of cognitive skills that might matter more: the ability to rethink and unlearn. In our daily lives, too many of us favor the comfort of conviction over the discomfort of doubt. We listen to opinions that make us feel good, instead of ideas that make us think hard. We see disagreement as a threat to our egos, rather than an opportunity to learn.

Just WOW
Revisado: 01-25-25
If this book doesn’t slap you in the right direction, I’m not sure what will. I originally heard of Jim Ron through Tony Robbins when he was welcomed by Patrick David to do a podcast. I probably have read over 90 self growth/leadership books and I gotta say this is one that I will be listening to over and over again. Jim, thanks for such a great book. Much love.

Revisado: 12-05-24
I keep coming back to this book and many other from you, and every time it speaks to me in a new way. John has a unique talent for mixing wisdom with humor—I always find myself laughing along the way. It’s even better when you narrate your own books, John—it adds such a personal touch! Keep up the incredible work, and know that I’m always wishing you the best.

Horrible!
Revisado: 01-27-23
This Audible is HORRIBLE! And it rhymes! The guy narrating sounds like he’s in a room that echos. The editing in this audible is very very poor quality. To the point that I just can’t listen to it. Have done hundreds of audibles and trust me this one is the worse. No thanks, I quit listening to this book that’s how bad it is.
