I just want to say I loved this book. The characters are so dynamic and the writer is so talented at creating the atmosphere. As a native North Floridian it also was a special feeling knowing all the places mentioned! Naomi Rose-Mock did such a wonderful job on this book!!!!!!! I stayed so interested in her narration style and capabilities to make these characters feel like real people. Rose-Mock delivered on the mental images this narration. This one especially since I am so familiar with the areas the plot takes place I sure was able to mentally see the story in my head. It was like a Movie!!). Thoroughly enjoyed this book and would give it 1,000 5/5 ratings if I could.

I thought Hellgates and Hotflashes was such a fun and quirky story to listen to! I loved the family dynamic between the women and the colorful characters and creatures within its world! The author really does a great job at keeping the action interesting while also learning more about the world. I also enjoyed the narrator's characterizations of the people and creatures! 10/10

Fun and not too crazy!

I thought this was a fun chill book to listen to! I listened to the whole of this on a trip I took across the weekend. It made the road trip soo much more bearable! The story has an interesting bunch of characters who all had their own unique personalities which I always enjoy! This story caught my EYE with its title. XD Naomi Rose-Mock did a wonderful job and will make sure to have a FULL listen-through a second time!

Coming from loving the last book in this series I had high expectations and they were totally met! I LOOOOVVVVVEEEEEE these stories and characters. Every new book I feel like I’m getting to know more more about the characters and I’m making friends with them. I just love and enjoy listening to Naomi Rose-Mock’s readings of these characters as well. She does such an amazing job giving all of them unique and individual personalities and voices. There’s such a great livelihood in her storytelling that also is complimented by Alyn Troy’s writing and world building. This series is dear to my heart and can’t wait to hear more and re-listen all over again! 10/10

I looooooooooooooved this story! I thought the whole story was so beautifully done. I love a good Vamp book and this is one I can relisten to over and over again. Everything was so well written and the pacing was perfect. I think I might have to take a trip to Nola.... I hope to hear more from this author and loved the narrator's interpretations of the characters. I want to see this as. movie PRONTO!

I LOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVEEEDDDDDD this audiobook. It was so much fun and a quirky mystery. The characters are all so well written and the plot is just the perfect mix of mystery and fun. The purrrrrfect cozy mystery! As an animal lover, I know I'll be relistening to this one! The Narrator also did such a great job! She stayed engaged and really brought the characters to life. I'm for sure going to check out some of her other work and really hope to hear more from this author as well!
