Historia
Like many well-to-do Upper East Siders over the age of 65, esteemed art appraiser Percival Skinner had planned to spend his retirement living off his savings. But a market correction has left him living below his prior means. One day he’s visited by a dapper fixer in search of a famous work by a Renaissance master. Skinner knows the work well: The original was owned by his ancestor, and was passed down through his family over the generations. If, as an intermediary, he can coordinate a sale, a small fortune awaits. Problem is, he might not be the only one on the make.

Appalling Art Connections
Revisado: 04-11-21
Following the art and finding how the families were connected through fragments not only of genealogy but the fragmented art was amazingly clear and as a professional artist myself—Took my breath away when the first fragments were created. I would recommend this for any art critic, art professional, hobbyist or anyone that likes a good story involving Art and its connection with people!

Historia
Alzheimer’s disease is largely preventable, and often reversible. Those are bold statements, especially from a conventionally-trained neurologist. But Dale Bredesen, MD, seems to be no ordinary neurologist. After more than 30 years of intensive research into the molecular mechanisms underlying Alzheimer’s (AD), and clinical experience caring for thousands of patients, Bredesen is convinced many of medicine’s central dogmas about dementia are misguided at best, and flat-out wrong at worst.

Narration was well done especially the Turkish accents male and female.

Historia
For years Elisabeth Hasselbeck couldn't pinpoint what was making her sick. She consulted doctors and nutritionists, but no one seemed to have any answers. It wasn't until she was close to starving in the Australian Outback, living off the land as a contestant on Survivor, that, ironically, her symptoms vanished. Returning home, she identified the food ingredient that made her ill---gluten, the binding element in barley, oats, wheat, and rye.
